1) Educational Purposes Only — Not Advice

AccelerateLI is an accelerated learning and training company that helps independent and registered financial advisors understand and apply artificial intelligence (“AI”) in day-to-day workflows. All content, templates, examples, playbooks, coaching, prompts, workshops, webinars, and related materials provided by AccelerateLI are offered solely for educational and informational purposes.

 

AccelerateLI does not provide investment advice, financial planning advice, tax advice, legal advice, compliance advice, supervisory guidance, or any other regulated professional advice. Nothing we provide should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to implement any specific investment, trading, insurance, or financial strategy.

3) Your Responsibility for Firm Policies and Regulatory Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for understanding and complying with:

•Your firm’s policies and procedures, including (as applicable) supervision requirements, advertising and communications review, record retention, cybersecurity, vendor approvals, and approved technology lists.

•All applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those issued by the SEC, FINRA, state regulators, and any other governing bodies relevant to your role and registrations.AccelerateLI encourages you to consult your firm’s compliance department and/or qualified legal and compliance professionals regarding any questions about regulatory requirements, supervision, disclosures, recordkeeping, communications, or permissible use of AI tools.

 

4) AI Tools, Outputs, and Accuracy

AI tools may produce outputs that are incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. You agree that you will independently review, verify, and validate any AI-assisted output before using it—especially for client-facing communications, marketing materials, or any content subject to regulatory review.

AccelerateLI makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, legality, suitability, or compliance-readiness of any AI output or training material.

 

5) Confidentiality, Client Data, and Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI)

Unless you have explicit authorization from your firm and appropriate safeguards are in place, you agree that you will not input, upload, or disclose into any AI tool (including within AccelerateLI materials, examples, or exercises):

•Client names or identifiers•Account numbers, statements, balances, holdings, or transactions

•Nonpublic personal information (NPI)

•Sensitive personal data

•Proprietary firm information, trade secrets, or confidential business informationYou are responsible for complying with your firm’s privacy, cybersecurity, and data handling requirements and for using only firm-approved systems and configurations.

 

6) No Affiliation with Regulators

AccelerateLI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC, FINRA, or any regulatory agency. References to regulators or regulations are for educational context only.

 

7) No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific results, business outcomes, time savings, compliance outcomes, or performance improvements from the use of our training or any AI tools.

 

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccelerateLI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our training, materials, or any AI outputs, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, regulatory actions, or third-party claims.
