Cancellation Policy

The first initial consultation call is complimentary, and no fee will be charged for this meeting. For all bookings requiring a signed contract and deposit, the following cancellation policy applies: For virtual services, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total contract price. For in-person services requiring travel, once the contract is signed, the client is responsible for all travel-related expenses incurred in connection with the booking in the event of cancellation. In addition, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total contract price will apply. By confirming a booking and signing the contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
